The State of the Industry
With annual sales increasing at a record pace, the global recreation and leisure real estate industry was once viewed as virtually “recession-proof”. Although we have since learned that this no longer the case, there are plenty of good news stories on the horizon. In this session, ARDA President/CEO Howard Nusbaum will shine some light on the progress being made two years after the freeze of the financial markets, and discuss the opportunities that exist on the horizon and the state of affairs of financial services to resale legislation and everything in between.
